Upon departure they will have been refreshed and empowered with the necessary tools and connections to successfully parent and meet life’s challenges a day at a time.

Our Management Plan

Our organization has secured 501(c)3 status. Laurie Colgan will be founder/director in addition to our board. We will rent the house from Grace Hill Farm LLC as well as use the barns and property to learn about growing and preserving our own food, both plants and animals. I live on the property and will manage day to day operations.

We will seek volunteer help in training programs and to work with the women individually. The goal is to transition some volunteer positions to paid staff by year three or four. Sooner if possible.

Our goal is to receive adequate funding to transition into a paid position by year three so that I can be full time at the house and property.
